We do a lot of talking, but what are we really saying? What's more, are our words pleasing to God? He is omnipresent, always with us, so everything we say, He hears. We have to be aware of what we say and how we say it; this goes for our prayers, as well. Are our prayers and meditations pleasing to God? Or are they filled with, "gimmie, gimmie's" and complaints?
We want to change the way we speak and be careful to have a pure heart, especially when praying and meditating.
