I found these 6 simple questions online and I really think we should really consider the answers before changing careers. Be honest and write the answers so you can go back and look at them after a day or two of thinking and praying about your decision.

3. Will I be paid what I’m really worth?
4. What does the total compensation package look like?
5. Which company offers more room to grow and advance?
6. Am I letting fear drive my decision?
